Responsibility & Organizations : un nouveau cours en ligne de l’ESSEC pour former les leaders responsables de demain

La formation des étudiants à leur futur rôle de leader responsable est au cœur de la mission pédagogique de l’ESSEC et de son engagement social et environnemental. Il est donc indispensable d’investir les moyens pédagogiques à la hauteur de cette ambition. 

Le cours en ligne Responsible Leadership, qui proposait aux étudiants une  introduction à la RSE, a donc été entièrement repensé. Désormais intitulé Responsibility and Organizations, il est obligatoire pour les programmes Grande École et Global BBA, soit près de 1 500 étudiantes et étudiants formés chaque année.

Every year, “Moodlers” from all over the world meet up at the MoodleMoot Global Conference to share best practices, explore new solutions, and design learning experiences together. Given ESSEC’s commitment to pedagogical excellence and more specifically to Moodle, our LMS of choice, several members of the ESSEC staff attend every year. This year marks an important milestone for our team: the first time we shifted from being inspired to inspiring others.

The first pedagogical workshop took place on February 3rd, co-organised by Emmanuelle Le Nagard, Associate Dean for Pedagogy and the K-lab team. 

The purpose of the workshop was twofold: presenting Professor Zicari’s experience with teaching an online course and some of the digital tools that can help teaching. 20 external lecturers and Faculty attended the workshop, discussing with Prof. Zicari and sharing their own experiences.
