Every summer, we share the top three best-read articles published over the past year 2025-2026.
Artificial intelligence once again takes centre stage in our rankings this year, reflecting a trend that is now taking hold across all disciplines. Although AI remains a major area of study, our editorial focus also highlights other initiatives led by ESSEC, such as the Leadership@ESSEC certificate or the review of the Handi’Capacités project.
Here are the most-viewed articles:
In first place: Corporate Strategy Meets AI: Debating the Future of Moltiply. In this article, Ha Hoang, Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Research, presents a new teaching case in which students are asked to engage in a discussion with the digital twin of a company’s CEO. Combined with structured debates, this case study – the first of its kind – stimulates student engagement whilst fostering critical thinking.
In second place: Learning Through the Lens: Scriptwriting, Filmmaking, and Critical Reflection, written by Selva Senor, Head of the Spanish and Portuguese sections in ESSEC’s Department of Languages and Culture (DLC). Here, Selva Senor presents the short film festival organised annually by the DLC. As part of this, students must create and shoot a three-minute film in a foreign language. Combining language skills, an eye for aesthetics and teamwork, the initiative fosters critical thinking, empathy and creativity.
In third place: Learning Br.AI.n: Wisdom after Intelligence by Noha El Attar, Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour, and Christina Terra, Professor of Economics. Born out of an informal discussion, Learning Br.AI.n brought together 800 students over three days. The seminar programme is based on three pillars combining science and reflective practice.

Chaque été, nous partageons le top 3 des articles les plus consultés parus lors de l’année écoulée 2025-2026.
L’intelligence artificielle occupe cette année encore une place centrale dans notre palmarès, illustrant une dynamique qui s’impose désormais dans l’ensemble des disciplines. Si l’IA demeure un sujet d’étude majeur, notre ligne éditoriale met également en lumière d’autres initiatives portées par l’ESSEC, à l’image du certificat Leadership@ESSEC ou du bilan de la mission Handi’Capacités.

En première position : Corporate Strategy Meets AI: Debating the Future of Moltiply. Dans cette contribution, Ha Hoang, professeur de Management et Doyenne associée à la recherche présente un nouveau cas pédagogique dans lequel les étudiants sont amenés à discuter avec le jumeau numérique du PDG d’une entreprise. Associé à des débats structurés, ce cas, premier dans son genre, stimule l’engagement des étudiant·es tout en renforçant l’esprit critique.
En deuxième position : Learning Through the Lens: Scriptwriting, Filmmaking, and Critical Reflection, écrit par Selva Senor, responsable des sections espagnole et portugaise au département des langues et culture (DLC) de l’ESSEC. Ici, Selva Senor présente le festival de courts-métrages organisé chaque année par le DLC. Dans ce cadre, les étudiants doivent créer et tourner un film de 3 minutes dans une langue étrangère. Alliant compétences linguistiques, sens de l’esthétique et travail d’équipe, l’initiative stimule la réflexion critique, l’empathie et la créativité.
En troisième position : Learning Br.AI.n: Wisdom after Intelligence par Noha El Attar, professor of Management Practice in Organizational Behavior et Christina Terra, professeure d’économie. Né d’une réflexion informelle, Learning Br.AI.n a réuni 800 étudiants pendant 3 jours. Le programme du séminaire est basé sur 3 piliers combinant science et pratique réflexive.
